These terms apply to everyone who rents a bed at C.M. House - PG For Boys, Jodhpur Village, Ahmedabad. C.M. House is a PG for boys only.

Rent is charged per bed, per month: ₹9,000 in a 5 sharing room, ₹10,500 in a 3 sharing room and ₹12,500 in a 2 sharing room. See rooms and rent for details.

When you move in, you pay your first month's rent plus a deposit equal to one month's rent. For example, a 3 sharing bed needs ₹21,000 at move-in. Ask us how and when the deposit is returned before you pay.

An AC room with an attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, RO drinking water, parking, CCTV, a biometric lock, and tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.

Give 30 days notice before you move out.

C.M. House is open 24 hours. Call 098241 22250 before visiting so someone can show you the rooms.

Any house rules not listed here will be explained to you before you move in. Ask us on 098241 22250 if you want to know them in advance.

Always confirm the current rent, availability and terms with us before you pay anything. What we agree with you directly applies over anything on this website.

Photos show the C.M. House building and its rooms. Room plans are drawings that show how many beds share a room and where the bathroom is. They are a guide, not exact layouts, and furniture may be arranged differently. Visit to see the actual room.

This website does not take bookings or payments. A bed is yours only once we have confirmed it with you and you have paid the move-in amount in person.

Buttons on this site open your phone dialler, WhatsApp or Google Maps. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they work.

The text, photos, drawings and design of this website belong to C.M. House. You may share links to the site, but do not copy its content or photos for other listings or websites without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
